Josh Madans is the man with the plan! As Director of Marketing and Business Development, Josh is the visionary behind the ever-memorable—and rather clever—advertising, marketing and publicity campaigns for Todd Events and our family of sister companies.
Orchestrating creative partnerships that run the gamut from charitable organizations to major fashion houses to corporate titans, Josh is known for his expertise in brand management. Whether he's working on managing media, developing product lines, scheduling speaking appearances or brokering publishing deals, Josh sets the tone for all-things-Todd in our regional, national and international markets.
After stints in the advertising and public relations fields in both New York and Dallas, Josh joined the Todd team in 2004—when the company was founded. Since then, he's worn a variety of hats, giving him keen understanding of and insight into the brand.
Josh has been featured in numerous publications including PaperCity Magazine, Modern Luxury, The Dallas Morning News and The Wall Street Journal, as well as a special segment on NBC Dallas Channel 5.
When it comes to understanding and executing beautiful events, Randi is the ultimate "it" girl. Armed with a degree from Texas A&M in leadership and floral design, a Masters in Restaurant and Hotel Management, a floral design apprenticeship in Germany, and a six-year stint in the floral business, she understands—and has a passion for—all the ins and outs of the event industry.
Randi has orchestrated memorable occasions—ranging from elaborate weddings, charity events and gala fundraisers to large-scale productions to corporate and private soirées—with her skillful expertise. Events such as the wedding of Dallas Cowboy's star QB Tony Romo; amfAR's NY Gala featuring Lady Gaga and a special tribute to Elton John; TWO x TWO for AIDS and Art with performers including Alan Cumming, Gavin Rossdale and fashion designer Christian Siriano; and numerous events and projects for the North Texas Super Bowl including the Host Committee Gala featuring Pat Green, and Kick-Off Concerts with Sting and Tim McGraw, are among the numerous experiences Randi has helped create.

With a gift for making clients comfortable, adapting to their style and helping them make decisions along the way that never fail to result in success, Lauren has a natural knack when it comes to events. Beginning her professional career in Fashion Merchandising, Lauren cultivated her keen eye and great taste. But the event world beckoned and she found herself learning the ropes through an internship with Todd Events in 2010. A quick study, Lauren is now at the top of her game managing events for the likes of Cowboys Stadium, ExxonMobil, Highland Homes, Sewell Automotive, Dallas Symphony Orchestra's Annual Gala, Super Bowl XLV and several private clients.
A native of Austin, Lauren is currently working on her most personal event ever—her upcoming wedding.
